BACKGROUND: In an increasingly competitive and homogenised retail market, Jarrold was very different to national competitors, especially with a new extended store offering shoes, menswear, Mac cosmetics and Regis hair salon.
BRIEF: Clarify the Jarrold brand proposition and give reasons for existing and new customers to visit the store.

RESULTS: Launch of the new extended store saw traffic and sales well over projected forecast.
