BACKGROUND: Despite being one of the UK's biggest providers of buy-to-let mortgages, there was little off-line awareness and, as a result, only 20 per cent of business was new.
BRIEF: To promote the brand in the regional, trade and national consumer press and give reasons for investors and potential investors to contact the company.
IDEA: Provide guidance on how investors can save for the future with property.
RESULTS: In six months, an audience of 3,131,942 was reached and the number of mortgages processed per month increased by 40 per cent.
